365 Tri-Fold Challenge and a Card Patterns Sketch

This week has been so much fun - all the 365ers are sharing some really creative cards. Today's challenge is to create a tri-fold card, and it's Tammy's turn to share a tutorial. Here is my card. I had the basic design figured out, and then I turned to this week's CP sketch, which lent itself well to this type of card. You can see from the pictures below that I spread out the sketch over all three layers.

What's especially cool is that Scrapbook News and Review, where I am very happily on staff, is sponsoring a prize this week - a 3 months subscription!! That will be one very lucky winner :)

Hi Pam, nice colour combo and a really nice layout. By the way I am trying to get the 365 card blinkie onto my blog but it will not copy over (html that is) I have tried on about 6 occasions so was wondering if there is something I am not doing right??

Very pretty Pam! I never bother with trifold cards but you've convinced me. This is lovely!

Thanks for playing along on CP.

I never did a trifold but the tutorial and all the ideas I've seen from the participants have made me decide that I should add it to my repertoire. That said, this is a pretty card. I have seen some using windows and I like that - it makes the card more unique. You do lovely work.

Wow! This card is gorgeous! I love the look of your tri-fold card with the window, and ribbon, and pop-ups. I can't wait to try one like yours! Thanks for the warm welcome into the community!!

Thank you for your kind comments on my blog, it means a lot to me when people tell me they think I'm strong, 'cause I sure don't feel like it sometimes. You are so sweet!
