Getting Crafty with Non-Card Projects

I've been busy lately creating some non-card items, including the picture frame on my previous post.

I adore decorating for Halloween and I wanted to tackle some DIY projects anyway, so I turned one of them into a Halloween-themed item.

I took some stiff, sparkly felt and stitched it together to create this cute little spider container (perfect for holding some of my favorite candy - yum!)

The legs are made out of a giant "pipe cleaner" that I found at Michael's and cut down to several pieces.

I also got some white felt and I'm going to try a ghost next.

The last time I was at Craft Warehouse (let's not talk about how often I'm there *wink*), I grabbed this frame, vinyl sentiment, patterned paper, and ribbon and whipped up this new addition to our remodeled den.

Crafting does keep me calm :-)

Have a wonderful week!

Very nice project Pam. I like the keep calm and keep on crafting framed. Something I need to put in my craftroom! I apologize for making a notification here, but I did not know how else to contact you. I cannot send an email through the 365 Cards site where your address is located, as my computer program will not let me - however I have emailed you through my att email account in October (2x) and today regarding being a Freckled Fawn winner on October 18th. I am thinking you are not getting my emails - please forgive me for coming to this blog to make contact - I just did not know how else to reach you. Also, it is not my intent to bug you about this, I just know that on some sites if you do not notify in a certain length of time you lose out on the win. Thank you for your understanding. Gail Scott utb01@att.net Have a blessed day.
