Caardvarks Kraft Challenge

The Caardvarks Crew has challenge the readers of their blog to craft with kraft - paper that is. So here is my card:

I used a Stampin' Up tree on Kraft paper (Colorbox Ink) - a little fussy cutting and some pasting onto cardstock; some added embellishment (with Prima and Making Memories blossoms, MM border and alphas, and Kaiser Scrapbook pearls) and there you have it. I used corrugated cardboard for the card base and decorated the inside as well. The sentiment is computer-generated. Thanks for taking a look :)

Pam I have to say that, first of all, your card is beautiful, tasteful and so well-made. I love trees--so noble and strong and inspiring...also comforting. A tree-themed card can hardly ever go wrong, for any occasion!

I'm also so impressed by your blog in general. The layout and details are so clean, classy and appealing. Mine's been getting slightly cluttered lately (do I talk too much?!) so you've inspired me to do a little bloggy house-cleaning. ;)

BTW, I popped over to 365 as well and am looking forward to joining in from now on. What a great idea to make a functional card box really gorgeous. What's on the inside is lovely...why not the outside, too?! :)

Have a wonderful day!
