Here’s
a fun little craft that I whipped up a couple of days ago. It couldn’t be easier, and since I had the
tools I needed, it was quite affordable!
I
created a little shamrock wall hanging using a tiny little 3” frame. I actually picked up two of those little
guys, some green glitter ribbon and a roll of jute rope.
Here
are my supplies
I love
this American Crafts glitter ribbon because it’s a stiff material that worked
well with my heart-shaped hole punch.
I
punched out 3 hearts for each wall hanging to create a shamrock shape. A little glue works to keep them in place on
a piece of white cardstock. I punched a
2 ½” circle out of the cardstock, which is slightly larger than the opening of
the frame.
Hot
glue on the back side of the frame will keep the cardstock in place as it peeks
through the other side.
Some
pieces of jute can be attached to the frame with some hot glue. You can make them any length you want. I used two pieces that I tied into a knot at
the top to make it easy for hanging.
A few
little rhinestones complete the look and they are ready to hang.

Have a
wonderful St. Patty’s Day!!
