I was busy crafting for several occasions this week.  Our adorable neighbor turned 1 last week, and we had to celebrate with her.  I created this card for sweet Ensley, whose mom Brittany whipped up a fabulous "under the sea" themed party.

Some people might just see wrapping paper, but I saw a fabulous background for my cards

Masculine cards are not my thing, but I'm happy with this one.

 

This one was simple because I need to mail it, but the one I have in mind for my dad is a bit bulkier.  Lucky me, I can't remember a Father's Day that I haven't spent with him, and I truly have the best dad.

It's Friday, and I'm up at 365 Cards with this color scheme

 

 

 

I love the color scheme, but I wasn't quite sure what to do with it at first.  Then I started digging through my stash and this is what popped out at me.

 

And life is good as my parents celebrate 44 years of marriage today!

Thank you a zillion ways

I'm talking about several thank you notes I've whipped up for the fabulous teachers and staff at my daughters' school who came out to help at McTeacher Night to raise money for the Boosters.

 

For a card maker this is a major treat - it's an excuse to make several cards, which use the same batch of crafty supplies all in different ways.
